The Office of the Chief Executive covers Old Photograph of guide dog ownersthe Secretariat, comprising the Chief Executive, the Association Secretary and the supporting admin team.

The Secretariat team is responsible for all the arrangements for meetings of Council, the AGM, and the Corporate Team - that includes setting dates, booking facilities and preparing and circulating agendas and papers.

The Secretariat handle any other matters that enable the governance of the organisation to run smoothly.

Additionally, the Secretariat manage all the administration, including diary, correspondence and travel arrangements for the Chief Executive, the Chairman, the legal advisers and the Association Secretary and can be called upon by any of the Trustees if they require similar assistance to carry out their Guide Dogs’ duties.
