International Federation

The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association is one of the founder members of the International Federation of Guide Dog Schools for the Blind. The Federation promotes international good practice in the breeding and training of dogs and education of their owners in current and newly formed schools.

There are 76 member schools around the world in countries which include:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, USA.
