Belfast Mobility Team

Fiona Brown, Mobility Team Manager, Belfast

The Belfast Mobility Team are a friendly team with around 20 dedicated staff members. We cover all six counties in Northern Ireland and have around 100 guide dog owners at any time.

  • County Antrim
  • County Armagh
  • County Down
  • County Fermanagh
  • County Londonderry
  • County Tyrone

Did you know that there are around 18,000 people in Northern Ireland who are registered blind or partially sighted? Our aim is to enable these people to live full and independent lifestyles and be able to contribute to the community around them in whatever way they wish.

We provide talks to schools, community groups and businesses throughout the country and have an enthusiastic team of volunteer speakers who are always keen to share what we do.

Our team of staff are here to help, so if you would like to know more about what we do, support us in any way (e.g. volunteer or donate), think you have a need for one of our services, or if you run a group or organisation and would like one of our speakers to visit, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email.

We look forward to hearing from you.
