  • Please take a look at this short film about Gemma and Champ - two of our ‘alternative career’ dogs who have gone over to Merseyside Police as sniffer dogs. Both dogs were identified as having a high drive and therefore unsuitable for guide dog work. Our trainers did some tests on them and thought that they might be suitable for police work. The Liverpool team have a fantastic relationship with Merseyside Police Dog Section, so we then asked our friends over there to come and take a look at the dogs. 
    Both Gemma and Champ have now qualified as rummage dogs and we are delighted to see them looking so happy in their new roles.
