New "guide dog attack" law used to bring successful prosecution.

Ipswich Court WinIpswich man prosecuted for being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control.

Mr Alexander was fined £750, ordered to pay £750 compensation and £350 costs after his dog jumped into the back of guide dog Jazz. His dog must now be kept on a lead in public places.
