VolunteeringGp300x201Volunteers are the lifeblood of Guide Dogs Cymru. Without their skills, experience, time and enthusiasm we simply couldn’t do our work.

Whether they're fundraisers, puppy walkers, boarders or drivers, our volunteers are making a massive difference to the lives of blind and partially sighted people from Anglesey to Aberystwyth, Rhyl to Raglan

It's not all one-sided, though. By becoming a volunteer with Guide Dogs Cymru you can:

  • Meet a new circle of like-minded friends;
  • Obtain a fascinating insight into what we do;
  • Experience varied and exciting roles;
  • and Learn valuable new skills.

You choose what you do and how much time you are able to give - anything from a few hours a month to a couple of days a week. There's something for everyone - and if you have a particular skill or interest, we'll do our best to find a role that puts it to good use.
