Terms and conditions
All Guide Dogs running and challenge event participants must register for an event by completing a Fundraiser Agreement form. This is a requirement as set by the Charity Commission, our governing body.
The Fundraiser Agreement form is an agreement between the charity and the fundraiser to ensure that we are clear about what is required by you as a fundraiser when collecting sponsorship on behalf of the charity.
Whenever you take up one of our guaranteed entry places into a race or Guide Dogs organised event, we will ask that you pledge to raise a fundraising target. Some of this fundraising is due in before the event to cover the costs involved with your entry. More information on this can be found on the Fundraiser Agreement form.
Our overseas challenge events may incur a cancellation fee if you cancel after booking - please see the booking conditions on each event before signing up to the place.

Sending us your images and videos
By sending Guide Dogs your images and/or videos, you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want. Please note that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute Guide Dogs and that if your image and/or video is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name alongside it. Guide Dogs cannot guarantee that all images and/or videos will be used.
