  • Curriculum Packs

Guide Dogs’ curriculum packs support teaching of many subject areas including citizenship and PHSE, such as understanding sensory disability and eye health.

Guide Dogs' educational resource packs are designed to support schools and nurseries in teaching the national curriculum.

Educating young people about social and moral responsibility, and encouraging an interest in broader issues like disability, is a key part of the government’s plans for teaching the curriculum - and it's something Guide Dogs wants to play an active role in.

The packs are full of lesson plans, activity ideas and resources to help teachers introduce ideas ranging from the social issues of sight loss to eye care, in a fun and informative way, to the classroom.
