Guide Dogs will be open for support 24 hours, please call your local district team for assistance.  Please bear in mind that some offices will have a reduced number of staff over the winter period especially if it snows, so we would appreciate if your need isn't urgent please keep the phone lines free for guide dog owners that may need to call in an emergency.
