Guide Dogs speaks out over the Government proposed Welfare Reform Bill

Today, the RNIB has published a report on behalf of a range of sight loss organisations, including Guide Dogs, expressing concern over the Government's Welfare Reform Bill. The report uncovers how proposed reforms to welfare provision will threaten the incomes and independence of hundreds of thousands of blind and partially sighted people across Britain.
