How can I apply for a stall at the Experience?

Anyone can apply to have a stand or stall at The Guide Dogs Experience and take part in this fantastic family fun day out with an expected 15,000 visitors.

All stall holders are required to provide a valid insurance certificate and completed risk assessment with their trade stand application form.

How much does it cost to have a stall at the Experience?

It costs £50 to have a stall at The Guide Dogs Experience but if you are a registered charity, the cost is £25.

Payment can be made by sending a cheque (with completed application form and risk assessment form), made payable to Guide Dogs (with ‘gala’ written clearly on the back), to;

How big will my pitch be?

All pitches are approximately 3m (wide) by 2m (depth) however if you have specific requirements for a larger size pitch, please indicate this on your trade stand application form.

What is soft and hard standing?

Soft standing refers to a pitch on the grass area (eg. for marquees, tents and gazebos). Hard standing is for stalls that need to be on concrete (eg. trailers).

Can chairs and tables be provided?

Please bring your own tables if required but chairs can be supplied; please indicate this on the trade stand application form.

When can I enter the site; when do I have to leave the site?

Stallholders can enter the Experience site at Stoneleigh Park to set-up from 2pm on Friday 17 July. Your stand or stall must be fully set-up and cars clear of the main site by 9am on Saturday 18 July, and parked in the main car park.

All stallholders can begin ‘breaking down’ their stand from 5pm on Saturday 18 July and bring their cars on site from 6pm. All stallholders must have left the site by 2pm on Sunday 19 July.

Can I stay on site the night before the Experience?

There is a campsite at Stoneleigh Park – details of this, and local hotels, can be found on the Stoneleigh Park website.

Can I donate some of the profits from my stall to Guide Dogs?

Yes, if you wish to donate some of your profits please indicate this on your trade stand application form and send a cheque, made payable to Guide Dogs (with ‘gala’ written clearly on the back), to;
