Rest in Peas!

Remember A Charity is hosting a quirky but potentially deadly new pop-up restaurant, Café De Mort, which opens its doors for two days in London next month.
Launched by MasterChef's Gregg Wallace, the restaurant encourages people to consider leaving gifts in their Wills to good causes. Guide Dogs is just one of the 140 charities supporting this event.
Café De Mort will serve a range of delicious but potentially deadly delicacies to grab the media and the public's attention, and places are already sold out. All dishes, although regularly eaten around the world, could potentially be deadly if they are not prepared or cooked properly. The restaurant will give customers a unique opportunity to taste the unpredictability of life for themselves, reminding them to take care of the important things like friends, family and the causes they hold dear, before it’s too late.
Clare Hellery, Guide Dogs' Legacy Campaign Manager, said: “Some people may think Café De Mort is a bit extreme but it’s hard to get people thinking about Wills and considering a gift to charity. Café De Mort is clearly meant to be tongue-in-cheek but there’s a serious message too.

"Without gifts in Wills, two out of three guide dogs wouldn't exist, and the guide dog service receives no government funding. These gifts help us ensure that blind and partially sighted people, who may currently feel unable to leave the house alone, are given the support they need to regain their independence and confidence."
