Did you know that 2 out of every 3 guide dogs are funded by gifts that people leave in their Wills? It’s why we depend entirely on the kindness and foresight of people like you.
That’s why, as a member of the ‘Remember A Charity’ consortium, we are taking part in ‘Forget Me Knot Week’ to help raise awareness of the importance of this way of giving, and to encourage people to consider leaving a gift in their will after they've taken care of family and friends.
We appreciate that this is something you may not have thought about before and naturally, you will want to take care of loved ones first. But no matter how small or large, a gift in your Will could make a lasting difference and help change the lives of so many more blind and partially-sighted people.
It’s very simple to do as well - just ask any professional will provider who will show you how, call us on 0845 603 1477 or visit rememberacharity.org.uk for some helpful information.
Of course we don’t expect you to write or update your will right now. Instead, we only ask that you don’t forget. So this week please keep it in your mind, discuss the subject with your family and friends and show your support by tying a Forget Me Knot on the banner at the top of the page.
Then maybe, when the time comes, you’ll consider including us in your will
