Lucky Lottery rules
All applications to enter the Guide Dogs Lucky Lottery must be from persons over the age of 16.
- Any person found to be under 16 years of age, automatically forfeits the right to any prize.
- The promoter will conduct the draw every Friday. The draw will be made by a random number generator.
- The winning numbers will be published on the Guide Dogs Lucky Lottery website and will be available from the Lucky Lottery Helpline from the following Monday ? call 0800 688 8406
- The cost of each entry is £1. Players may purchase more than one entry, and payment must be in advance.
- All profits from the Lucky Lottery go to The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, Registered Charity Number 209617.
- The promoter may reject any application without giving reason at its absolute discretion. No detail in the application may be changed in any way once it has been submitted, except for a change of address.
- Prizes for the Guide Dogs Lucky Lottery are printed in the promotional leaflet, and on the Lucky Lottery website. There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable. Prizes will be sent by cheque within 14 working days.
- The promoter reserves the right to use the winner?s name for promotional purposes. These will only be in summary (e.g. Mr Smith of Leeds).
- The promoter is not responsible for any delays in bank payments.
- No liability is accepted for loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communication sent by post.
- The promoter may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application, cancel an existing subscription or terminate or suspend the lottery scheme.
- The promoter?s decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.
- The promoter has the right to change or update rules at their discretion.
- We are unfortunately unable to accept entries from addresses outside Great Britain. This Lottery is licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain and therefore, legally, entries are restricted to residents of England, Scotland and Wales.
The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association is registered with the Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005, www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk, Licence number 160/4946.
