Where your money goes
From harnesses to puppy food – every contribution you make is vital

We receive no government funding. Without you, we simply wouldn’t be able to continue. That’s why we’re so incredibly grateful for every contribution you make, however big or small it may be.
How you help Guide Dogs
- £1.30 helps feed a puppy for a day
- £3.56 buys a fluorescent harness cover
- £5 buys a puppy grooming kit
- £10 buys a lead for a Guide Dogs mobility instructor
- £25 provides two dog beds
- £60 buys a harness, handle, lead, collar and bell
- £600 provides training for one visually-impaired person
- £5,000 supports a working guide dog
This is only the start. Overall, our core guide dog service costs over £46m per year to run – and that doesn’t include what we invest in research, other mobility services or campaigning for the rights of blind and partially sighted people.
