Advice for our volunteers
Update - January 2021
As we find ourselves in another lockdown, please be reassured that we are doing everything we can to protect you. Our priority is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers, services users and the general public so we will only be undertaking activities which are Covid secure. We’ve summarised the general key updates and changes to volunteer roles.
For any other information, for you or your family, on Coronavirus and sight loss call our Covid-19 Sight Loss Information Line 0800 781 1444.
Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
This line will be closed from 5pm on Wednesday 23 December until Monday 4 January but we will be providing updates through our Facebook and Twitter channels.
