Guide dogs are truly life-changing, and for someone like me who has been a guide dog owner for over 20 years, the journey has been nothing short of amazing. It's heart-warming to see an abundance of resources and information available for those embarking on their guide dog journey. Whether you're a first-time guide dog owner or have had the privilege of sharing your life with several guide dogs, the information and support available today can enhance your experience and strengthen your bond with your dog.

Our new online resource, especially for guide dog owners and those in the process of applying for a dog, has been generated through customer insights, making it a vital addition to the guide dog customer journey. As a seasoned guide dog owner, I understand that learning is a lifelong process, and having a dedicated place to access relevant information is crucial in providing the best care for our guide dogs.

An evolving hub of information

These resources are not static but represent the first iteration. Content will continue to be added throughout the next few months and into 2024, ensuring that the guidance and support remain up-to-date and relevant. These resources cater to those who are Ready to Train, helping people prepare for their guide dog journey while keeping people engaged and informed.
