Pupdates are sent three times a year, in February, June and October. Six Pupdates are sent in total – so if your first Pupdate is in February, your sixth Pupdate will arrive in October the following year.
Six months before your final Pupdate we will write to you to remind you when you will receive your final Pupdate and that your sponsorship will then move on to a new puppy.
If you sponsored with a one-off payment, we will explain that your puppy’s journey has come to an end when we send you your last Pupdate for them, and will advise how you can sign up again or find out more about Guide Dogs.
If you no longer wish to sponsor a puppy, you can cancel your sponsorship as detailed below.
