Partner with Guide Dogs as your Charity of the Year and help transform the lives of people living with sight loss. As one of the UK’s most recognised and trusted charities, we empower children and adults with visual impairments to live independently and confidently.
Wherever you're based, our team will help you build a campaign that’s fun, engaging, and high-impact—leaving a lasting legacy your organisation can be proud of.
With our iconic guide dogs and uplifting mission, we make it easy to rally your team behind a cause they’ll truly care about. From team-building events to creative fundraising and volunteering, we’ll help boost morale and engagement—while making a real difference together.
Whether you're planning events in the office, virtually, or out in the community, we’ve got you covered. Join one of our national campaigns like the record-breaking Guide Dogs Tea Party or our popular Guide Dogs Puppy Appeal, or organise your own quiz night, sporting challenge, or sponsored event — there’s a fun way for everyone to take part and make a difference.
Prefer to come up with your own creative fundraising ideas? We’ll provide all the support, tools, and resources you need to make your Charity of the Year fundraising calendar a success.
As your Charity of the Year partner, Guide Dogs offers unique opportunities to see and celebrate the real difference you’re making in the lives of people with sight loss—right in your local community.
Your support not only drives meaningful change but also strengthens your corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy, boosts employee engagement, and shows customers your brand’s commitment to a trusted and life-changing charity partnership.
Choosing Guide Dogs as your Charity of the Year gives your team the unique chance to be part of a guide dog puppy’s journey. By fundraising to Name a Puppy, your team can gift a name to a guide dog pup and follow their journey as they aspire to become a future life-changer.
Your team will receive exclusive pupdates and behind-the-scenes insights—creating a powerful connection to the impact of your support and a memorable way to engage employees and promote your corporate charity partnership.
Enhance your charity partnership experience by inviting one of our trained Guide Dogs speakers to your workplace or virtual event. It’s a powerful way to engage employees, raise awareness about sight loss, and bring your fundraising efforts to life.
Many of our speakers have lived experience of sight loss and will share their personal, inspiring stories—showcasing the life-changing impact of your support. You may even get the chance to meet one of our incredible guide dogs in person.
This is a memorable way to highlight the challenges experienced by people with visual impairments, while showcasing the meaningful impact of your corporate fundraising and its alignment with your DEI strategy and policy commitments.
Looking to go beyond fundraising? We’d love to hear your ideas. Many of our corporate charity partners support Guide Dogs by sharing their team’s skills, expertise, and time—helping us deliver even greater impact for people living with sight loss.

Our Charity of the Year support of Guide Dogs is due to our own family experience with our son Sonny, who is registered with a severe vision impairment. We realise the values and services that Guide Dogs provide and we have made a commitment to continually raise funds and awareness for Guide Dogs. Fundraising has been very much a team effort and we have held a range of fundraising activities. We initially raised £5,000, taking part in Name a Puppy and naming puppy Hilda in honour of my late grandmother. We enjoyed the experience so much we have since named a second puppy Brian in memory of my father-in-law, and are currently aiming to name a third puppy!
