Payroll Giving, or Give as You Earn, is a tax-efficient way to support Guide Dogs directly from your salary and make a difference.
Payroll Giving allows you to give directly from your salary before tax is deducted. For example, if you donate £10 to Guide Dogs, it will only cost you £8 as a standard rate taxpayer (20%), and £6 as a higher rate taxpayer (40%). This means that the money you donate to Guide Dogs will go even further to help people with sight loss live actively, independently and well.
You can choose to make regular donations through payroll giving, or you can make a one-off donation. Some of our supporters will make a one-off donation through their payroll when they receive a bonus, so when you benefit, people with sight loss do too!
Your payroll giving donation pledge to Guide Dogs | £5 | £10 | £15 |
As a 20% taxpayer, you pay | £4 | £8 | £12 |
As a 40% taxpayer, you pay | £3 | £6 | £9 |
Your Payroll Giving donations will go towards the funding of our life-changing work. From guide dog puppies in training to our children and young people’s services, your donations enable us to strive for a future where every person with sight loss has the confidence and support to live the life they choose.
Your charitable donations will also assist us to campaign passionately to break down barriers – both physical and legal – to ensure people with vision impairment can get out and about on their own terms.
