Covid-19 Sight Loss information line

Give us a call and speak to someone from Guide Dogs who understands what you’re going through. We are open from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.  Whether you’re asking for yourself, a member of your family, your child or a friend. We can help you identify ways to continue living actively, independently and well with sight loss during the coronavirus outbreak, refer you to our other services or help you access services by other providers.

Adult service enquiries

Need to get in touch with your local mobility team or have a question on how Guide Dogs can support you? Calling the number below from a landline will take you straight to your local mobility team. From a mobile, you will reach reception who can put you in touch with the right person.

Children and young people's services

Our children and young people’s Freephone Advice Line is staffed by specialists who listen and advise on a range of practical and emotional support services for families and carers of children with a vision impairment, as well as to children themselves.

Contact us for information, advice and guidance on how to access our tailored support services including: support at early diagnosis, your child’s mobility needs in and out of school, benefits, grants and educational support, technology, family days out, emotional support and guide dog services.
